Strawberry Panna Cotta Recipe

Strawberry Panna Cotta: Panna cotta is an Italian dessert of sweetened cream thickened with gelatin. The cream may be aromatized with rum, coffee, vanilla, or other flavorings. It is cooked cream which is verrryy easy to make and hell tasty 😉 😀

INGREDIENTS:-

  • 1 cup fresh cream
  • 1/2 cup castor sugar
  • ½ vanilla pod
  • 100 gm strawberry gelatin

Method:-

  • Put creme in a double boiler and whisk it well.
  • When warm, add sugar in it and mix.
  • When mixture thickens, add vanilla extract and mix them well.
  • On boiling, remove boiler from flame and whisk the creme for another 2 mins.
  • Now mix strawberry gelatin in it.
  • Pour the mixture in small glasses and keep it to freeze for 2 hrs.
  • Garnish with chopped strawberries and serve chilled.

Note:– You can customize it as per your taste, with different flavors.
